Week 1
We crawl the site, pull index coverage and log data, review templates and analyse the current keyword footprint. Nothing is changed yet.
Week 2
We identify the top five issues hurting visibility and agree them with you. Impact and effort are estimated for each, so nothing gets fixed just because it is easy.
Weeks 3–4
The agreed fixes are implemented with your developers or ours: technical repairs first, then on-page changes at template level so the effect scales.
Day 30
A content and link-building plan with briefs, owners and dates. This is the deliverable that turns a project into a system your team can run.
Month 2 onward
Clean tracking, dashboards for the people who approve budgets, and a written monthly review of what moved, what did not and what changes next.
Search engines have to recrawl what changed and then reassess how much to trust the site. That takes time no consultant can shorten, and setting the expectation upfront protects both sides.
Fixes land and crawling improves. Rankings are usually still noisy. This is normal and we say so upfront.
Recrawled pages start being reassessed. Non-brand impressions and long-tail positions typically move first.
Head terms begin to respond as topical coverage and authority build. Conversions become the honest measure.
